The new 400+ seat Performing Arts Center is part of an overall campus-wide modernization and new construction program, including a new tech lab/woodshop building. New construction of approximately 40,000 SF school building, including CIP spread footings, CIP grade beams, CIP slab on grade, CIP walls, CIP slab on metal deck, CIP suspended slabs, CIP site retaining walls, CIP wall footings, curbs, and gutters, concrete paving and structural repairs to existing concrete stairs, walls, and slabs.
