St. Mary’s College High School Athletic Facility

Complete Design-Build all-weather track and field reconstruction, including related field event areas and replacement of natural turf field with infill synthetic turf.  Unique 3-turn track incorporates baseball and football fields within the track area.  New stadium seating and storage utility buildings.  Due to existing soil conditions and failures, the engineering design included tie back and grade beam support system to support the Southeast section of the track.  Project scope also included perimeter landscaping, paving, fencing, site improvements and utility upgrades for St. Mary’s College High School.
