Jorge joined our company more than 24 years ago and has grown with the organization, beginning his career as a laborer before advancing through the roles of Foreman, Superintendent, General Superintendent, and now Vice President of Field Operations. Throughout his career, he has demonstrated strong leadership, operational expertise, and a deep understanding of field operations, playing an instrumental role in the company’s continued growth and success.

Jorge is widely respected for his ability to lead teams, manage complex field operations, and support successful project execution through strategic planning and hands-on leadership. He has also remained committed to mentoring and developing the next generation of field leaders, helping strengthen Bothman’s culture of excellence throughout the organization.

As Vice President of Field Operations, Jorge will continue to provide leadership and support to our field teams while helping drive the successful execution of projects across the company.
