Bothman acquires Goodland Landscape Construction, Inc.

Robert A. Bothman Construction (dba Bothman Construction) today announced that they have completed the asset acquisition of Goodland Landscape Construction Company, a General Contractor specializing in the construction of Sports Facilities, Community Parks, and Playgrounds.

This merger will enhance and support the growing Central Valley and Sacramento markets and beyond. In addition, the acquisition provides the opportunity for the collaboration of two great companies to further expand in their technical capabilities. We are excited to have the Goodland Team join our family.

Bothman has been recognized as the gold standard for General Contractors within the Athletic Facilities, Parks and Recreation, and Outdoor Learning market space. Bothman has worked with over 350 Districts and Owners and installed over 30 million square feet of synthetic surfaces within Northern California alone.

Goodland Landscape Construction, in Tracy, CA, serviced and excelled within the same market space.  Goodland’s President, Robert Bingham, along with his team members will provide important contributions to Bothman’s Pre-Construction, Estimating, Project Management, and Field Operations Departments.

During the transition, Goodland will continue to service all of its previously procured projects while utilizing Bothman for additional resources, management, and oversite.
