Mesa Verde High School

Transforming from a basic setup with a dirt track and simple grass fields, Mesa Verde High School fulfilled a 49-year dream since its founding in the late 1970s with the creation of a cutting-edge athletics complex. The new facility boasts a stadium with bleachers, lighting, a press box, restrooms, a concession stand, a ticket booth, and a turf field. This upgrade enhances school pride, offering students a dedicated space for sports activities. Beyond the school, it becomes a central hub for Citrus Heights residents and local groups, eliminating the necessity to travel to other facilities. The athletics complex serves as a community focal point, enabling convenient access to high-quality facilities for various events and activities.
