Lynbrook High School Athletic Facilities

Design-Assist, Lease-Leaseback delivery at Lynbrook High School including a new synthetic turf football field and soccer field, all-weather track and new stadium, natural turf multi-use field (2 softball fields, baseball field, soccer field, and practice football field) and related structures.  The improvements at Lynbrook High School were part of a District wide Athletic Improvement and Modernization Program for the Fremont Union High School District’s five high schools, valued at over $60 million.
