Chabot College

This Design-Build project constructed a new permanent state-of-the-art, baseball field in the present location of the existing baseball field. The project consisted of demolition and reconstruction of the existing press box building, existing tiered seating adjacent to the home and visitor infields, backstop netting with poles and foundations, existing storage rooms and restrooms, existing home and visitor dugouts, irrigation and site utilities, scoreboard signage and foundations, bull-pens, batting cages and foundations, hardscapes and poles and fences in the backfield.
