Castle Rock State Park

We repurposed a disused 10 Acre Christmas tree farm into a new entrance for Castle Rock State Park that included a parking lot, a restroom building, an outdoor amphitheater, and a concrete entry monument that was poured into a stone boulder. The details include a 36,000 sqft, 90-space porous asphalt parking lot, 16,500 sqft of ADA accessible natural pave trails, storm drainage infrastructure, site electrical, a water treatment and sanitary sewer system, office building and maintenance room, a concrete amphitheater that seats 90 people, and a fire-pit with a redwood trellis over stage, new bike racks, pay stations, drinking fountains, and four EV car charging stations.
